Freelance(Anywhere) Right now, we're a team of three comprised of a strategist, a visual artist and a copy writer. What we want is to add 2 or 3 designer/developers who do excellent work, are eclectic and interesting and are great communicators first and foremost. Our bread and butter is mostly social media strategic planning and education -- conferences and other events -- aimed at audiences who have varying levels of web prowess. Inevitably, they like us and ask to do web work for them. We have some people we work with on certain projects, but we want folks who are willing to be part "the team" and associate with it, no matter where they live. Pay can be negotiated per project, though you'll want to give us an idea of your hourly rate, so we can weed you out if you're too rich for our blood or save you for when we're rolling in the dough looking for a heavy hitter.
