We are looking for someone to work on maintaining and expanding our existing .NET application which is a workflow application in the health care space. The position requires good knowledge of .NET and C# and the ability to multi-task and work in an entrepreneurial environment (the real ability, which means a lot less structure than you're used to). This is only 50% of the job.

The other 50% of the job requires building from scratch an eBay model for professional services. This is being built on Ruby on Rails and using open source platforms.

The candidate will have an excellent ability to quickly pick up new technologies, understand good Agile and object oriented design and analysis, and manage well under minimal supervision. Of course, a bunch of interviews, local candidates only, no recruiters. Technology skills will be assessed, but personality skills and potential for growth will also be reviewed.
