Systino helps companies to measure and track customer loyalty, discover their strengths and weaknesses, address potential problems and generate new business through word-of-mouth referrals. We're looking for an experienced Ruby developer to join our existing team of four as we continue to innovate and expand into new markets.

Developers must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- A strong grasp of object-oriented design and MVC.
- Ability to produce quality code across all layers of a web application stack.
- Application of test or behavior-driven development techniques.
- 3+ years development experience on commercial or open source projects.

Experience in any of the following areas will prove advantageous:

- Data warehouse design.
- Data mining.
- Text mining.
- UI/interaction design.
- Designing for horizontal scalability.
