Most front end developers are unskilled cut-and-paste artists, but you’re different.
You write, refactor, maintain and clean multi-hundred-line JavaScript files. You dream of the day you can drop IE6 support. You obsess over the UI’s you work on and you’re already eyeing the iPhone and Android, knowing that mobile is what’s coming next.

What you’ll do:
• Help design and build new features
• Produce clean, semantic HTML and CSS
• Make things morph, squish, and fade (tastefully)
• Create simple and intuitive Ajax interfaces
Required Skills:
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript (Prototype, Scriptabulous, Ajax)
Bonus Skills:
• Ruby (Ruby on Rails)
• Design Skills (Photoshop)
