YOUR ROLE

As our Senior .NET Software Engineer, you'll drive the development of our advanced Business Intelligence software solution, which is aimed at helping organization’s perform robust mathematical optimizations with intuitive ease. You will create solutions that will not only be employed by the world's most recognized companies, but will be relied upon to dramatically expand their performance and competitiveness. Working closely with world-renowned scientists, engineers and with executive managers of our Fortune 500 clients and partners in a small team environment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the rapidly evolving science and technology of quantitative marketing and fact-based, optimal decision making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will be to develop the core Analytics Product to meet new technical and performance requirements. You will work closely with top-notch scientists and engineers as well as with senior executive level managers of our Fortune 500 clients and partners, and will be responsible for building reliable, highly maintainable and robust application software using the best software engineering practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in C# .NET in Windows environment. (Knowledge in C/C++, Java is a plus)
- Exposure to Full Software Development Life Cycle including Source Control, Automated Build, Bug Tracking and etc. (Preferably .NET development environment, knowledge of NAnt, CruiseControl.NET and NUnit are highly desirable)
- Knowledge of .NET 2.0 required.
- Knowledge of .NET 3.0 including Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation and LINQ are desired but not required (big plus).
- Hand-on experience with best software engineering practices. Demonstrated practical experiences on Object-Oriented Software Design and Analysis, Design Patterns and Code Refactoring (Can you explain what Façade, Factory and MVC Design Pattern are? How many KLOCs have you written in the past year? How often do you perform code Refactoring?)
- Experiences in SQL, Database Programming, OLAP and Business Intelligence are highly desired.
- Knowledge of scripting language
