What we're looking for:
A technical but creatively minded person to fill the senior-level role of web developer. On a day- to -day basis, you would work within a dynamic team environment, build scalable sites, mentor a small team of developers, help define scope and establish estimates for projects, manage and maintain the server for hosting of our sites, and administer and manage domain names.
 
Must haves:
§    Highly proficient in PHP4 & PHP5
§    Working knowledge and implementation of Object Oriented Programming concepts
§    BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
§    Strong knowledge of managing & maintaining a server in a LAMP environment
§    Domain name management, including configuration of DNS and sub domains
§    Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database design
§    Experience with CMSes such as Drupal, EE, Joomla (Drupal preferred)
§    Proficiency in JavaScript (including Ajax and jQuery Javascript framework)
§    A self-starting attitude and ability to jump in quickly without a lot of direction
§    At least 3+ years of web-development experience
 
It'd be nice to have:
§    Flash / Flex Actionscript development (AS3, Adobe AIR)
§    Experience with MVC frameworks, E.g CodeIgniter, Symfony, CakePHP
§    Working knowledge of versioning control systems E.g. SVN
§    Experienced with the Social APIs E.g Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube
