North Scottsdale based marketing firm seeks a front-end web developer with impressive HTML/CSS skills.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to perform maintenance of our existing websites and also develop new XHTML/CSS websites that validate to W3C standards. You must be able to turn Photoshop designs into HTML/CSS websites with pixel-perfection. You will be expected to produce HTML marketing emails with high deliverability rates and keep on top of trends and best practices in the internet industry. As part of our interview process, we will issue a code-test to allow you to prove to us your attention to detail and passion for quality.

The Requirements:

5+ years experience hand-coding HTML and CSS.

3+ years experience with JavaScript.

3+ years experience with Photoshop/Fireworks/ImageReady.

Cross platform and cross browser experience (Mac and PC) is a must.

A self-starter with a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

You will also have a desire to grow in a fun and energetic company.

Our ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:

Experience with jQuery

Experience with ASP.NET

CMS experience

Flash/Flex/AS3 knowledge

Knowledge of web analytics such as Google Analytics, Mint, or similar product

Web Hosting experience with shared/dedicated Windows environments
